The Washington County Sheriffs Office disclosed Thursday evening that a 51-year-old man had died Wednesday evening at the Washington County Jail.
According to the sheriffs office, the man,
Missing for almost exactly a year, the body of Ralph Brown, 77, was found along with his missing car in the Willamette River near Newberg.
