Forest Grove’s annual UnCorked festival will close part of Main Street on Saturday, Aug. 16, for an evening full of wine tasting, carefully crafted food and local musical talent, with proceeds going directly to a veteran-focused organization.
Forest Grove's ReStore is being reorganized and the nonprofit that runs it is looking for volunteers to help move stock and other items on any of four days this month. The time commitment is as short as a single three-hour shift.
To celebrate the three-decade milestone, Forest Grove-based nonprofit Adventures Without Limits will host an anniversary celebration at Hagg Lake at the Sain Creek Pavilion on Friday, August 1 from 3:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
