The Eighth Annual Ballad Town Harmony in the Grove picnic is set to take place on Saturday, Aug. 9, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
The program features a random draw quartet contest, raffle prizes, and free hot dogs and chips for guests to enjoy.

Hosted at the Forest Grove Aquatic Center, tonight's film, Moana 2, will be preceded by a free public swim sponsored by Ace Hardware.
